Landscape projects from 2010 include design and construction, all pictures and photos are property of Paradise views landscaping.  We keep records of all jobs completed for two years until gaurantee has expired, all workmanship is gauranteed for two years, keep your receipt for your records, all receipts are dated and filled out in triplicate to confirm authenticity. Any requests for fixing work completed should be done immediately, we have a 2 % failure probability factor which is very low. We pride ourselves in producing quality landscapes, we complete all corrections as soon as posible,  we do not usually do corrections during the work week because it is in our best interest to stay full time on the projects at hand, but we fit you in the first available week end. 90% of all corrections take approximately 30 minutes or less. Extended gaurantees are available to existing customers for up to 5 years, after completion of project. suggestions and educating customers how to maintain their properties are important to us, as much as we like your business we would like to see your properties at their best for as many years as possible. we tell our customers to try and keep soil off patios, to prevent germination of weeds and grass in cracks of interlock, keep an electric leaf blower in the shed or garage to blow off grass clippings, dust or any dirt at least once a week. Once a year refill the sand in the joints of interlock areas to prevent large gaps allowing soil and debris to enter the surface of the stone, the most common missconception is that weeds grow through the interlock, i asure you this is an impossibility. To rid your lawn of weeds try adding a dusting of peat moss and over seeding 2 to 3 times a year until lush green grass has completely choked out all the weeds, this is fairly inexpensive and will create the thickest grass ever, even in shade areas, just use a mix of shade seed in areas you have little sun and you will have the nicest grass on your block. Cultivating your planting ares once a month will promote healthy plant growth. Dressing beds in full sun areas with mulch, can prevent plant drought. placing egg shells aroud hostas can effeciently control slug damage. Lower heating costs by  planting thick evergreens on the north side of your house to block winds. All our patios are designed  to have a slope away from your house to prevent any flooding. We use Unilock guide lines for all interlock base requirements and retaining wall installations.
